- Enquiry/contact form data: kept for as long as needed to respond to and follow up your enquiry, and no longer than 12 months if no further contact occurs
- Client/project data: kept for the duration of the business relationship plus the periods required by Spanish commercial and tax law (generally up to 6 years for accounting/tax records)
- Analytics data: retained according to the retention settings in our analytics tool (see Section 6), typically 14–26 months
- We will delete or anonymise data once it is no longer needed for the purposes above, unless a longer retention period is required by law
